An elite Clinical Dietitian and Professor of Clinical Nutrition who brings institutional-grade scientific rigor to FZEIN's team. Holding an MSc with "Excellent" honors in "Diabetes and Obesity" from the University of Athens and pursuing a PhD focusing on chrononutrition and metabolic liver disease, she specializes in designing hyper-personalized nutritional protocols for complex clinical conditions and post-surgical recovery.

A key highlight of her clinical skill set is her specialized practical training in Polysomnographic Sleep Studies from the Papageorgiou General Hospital of Thessaloniki.
