FZEIN operates strictly under the Linked Travel Arrangement (LTA) model or through separate independent contracts. The services promoted and coordinated on this website do not constitute a "Package" or "Package Travel" under the UK Package Travel Regulations 2018 or the EU Package Travel Directive (Directive 2015/2302).

FZEIN acts exclusively as a Healthcare Facilitator and Patient Coordinator, operating as an information platform and logistical management office. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or package "Organiser".

Our role is strictly limited to providing clinical coordination, deploying our "Invisible Infrastructure" (such as private nursing and patient health navigators), and facilitating introductions to independent elite healthcare providers and luxury hotels. We do not sell bundled travel, flights, accommodation, or medical treatments at a single inclusive price.

To ensure absolute transparency and compliance, you will book and pay for your required services through separate contracts with independent providers.

• Medical Treatment: Your surgery booking terms, conditions, and all medical consent forms are strictly between you (the Patient) and the designated Hospital or Clinic. All medical treatment is governed exclusively under the laws of Greece, where the Medical Provider is based.

• Accommodation & Transport: Your hotel stay and any flight arrangements are contracted directly between you and the respective hotel partner or airline. FZEIN may provide you with a targeted booking link or introduction, but payment is made directly to the service provider.

While FZEIN coordinates your health pathway and provides access to our Medical Advisory Board and internationally credentialed specialists, FZEIN itself does not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

Any information provided on this website, during a "Discovery Call," or within your customized proposal is for informational and logistical purposes only. Liability for the proper performance of your surgery, medical diagnosis, post-operative outcome, and aftercare rests entirely and solely with the treating medical professionals and the Medical Provider facility.

Because FZEIN utilizes separate contracts, we cannot be held financially liable for travel disruptions caused by medical issues. Therefore, FZEIN mandates that all patients obtain comprehensive Medical Travel Insurance covering planned elective surgery prior to travel. This ensures you are financially protected in the event of pre-operative cancellations (e.g., failing a pre-op assessment) or post-operative complications requiring extended hotel stays or flight amendments.
