Because our elite clinical guardians (nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, dietitians and personal trainers) are reserved exclusively for you, FZEIN coordination fees are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations within 14 days incur a 50% retention fee, and no-shows or cancellations made after arrival are non-refundable. (Note: Medical procedures and hotel stays have their own separate cancellation policies).
